Primesep B 5um 4.6mm x 150mm Column
Primesep B is a reverse-phase analytical column with embedded basic ion-pairing groups specifically designed for direct plasma analysis.
It contains a C12 carbon chain and basic groups with a pKa of 10.
- Does not retain high-molecular weight plasma components
- Retains hydrophobic and acidic components
- All mobile phases are LC-MS and preparative chromatography compatible (working pH range from 1.5 to 4)
Primesep B columns are available in all standard dimensions
